Rába signs HUF 15 bln supply agreement with Suzuki
Hungarian vehicle and vehicle-parts maker Rába has signed a six-year agreement to supply main seat components for a new Suzuki model.
The agreement is expected to generate annual revenue of HUF 2.5 billion for the company, Rába reported on Thursday.
Rába said that company unit Rába Automotive Components Manufacturing had concluded the contact with Hungarian Toyo Seat, which is responsible for Suzuki seat systems, to supply seat frames and seat and headrest covers.
The six-year agreement secures the company's supplier rights for the entire life-cycle of Suzuki's new model and comes with a technology-development program, Rába noted.
Rába is an A-category issuer at the Budapest Stock Exchange.
