Lázár to meet EC competition commissioner in Brussels
Cabinet chief János Lázár said he will travel to Brussels next Tuesday for a meeting with European Commissioner for Competition Margrethe Vestager, Hungarian news agency MTI reported yesterday.
Speaking at his weekly press conference, Lázár said he would discuss with the commissioner the supermarket oversight fee, the healthcare contribution payable by tobacco companies, the awarding of a state concession to companies to supply retail tobacco shops and issues with competition regulation concerning the upgrade of the Paks nuclear power plant.
