Graphisoft sets up subsidiary in Italy
Following the acquisition of the distribution unit of Cigraph Group in Italy, Hungarian architectural and construction software company Graphisoft announced that it is reorganizing its distributing operations in Italy into an independent unit, the company announced late Friday.
According to information published by Hungarian news agency MTI, Graphisoft also took over the majority of Cigraph Group employees. Graphisoft told MTI the price was confidential.
Graphisoft has units in the United States, Mexico, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Hong Kong and Italy, with distribution networks extending to 80 countries around the world.
The company has been part of the Nemetschek group of Germany since 2007, MTI noted.
