Govt approves reservoir construction
The government has approved the construction of a reservoir, supported with some €50m in grant money, which will become an important part of Hungary's flood protection system along the Tisza River, the National Development Agency (NFÜ) told MTI on Wednesday.
The reservoir will serve as flood protection for some 250,000 people living on an area of 376 square kilometers in northeast Hungary.
