Extraordinary receiver to oversee assets of troubled Gyulai Húskombinát

History

An extraordinary receiver will oversee the assets of meat company Gyulai Húskombinát from Wednesday, CEO János Ruck told MTI on Tuesday.

Troubled Gyulai Húskombinát, one of Hungary's best known sausage makers, was recently declared of "exceptional strategic significance" by the government.

The declaration subjects Gyulai Húskombinát to special liquidation procedures.

The company employs 420 people.
