A-Híd completes HUF 9bn bridge in Slovakia

History

Hungary's A-Híd, a unit of Hídépítő, has completed a 1,180m bridge on Slovakia's R1 motorway ahead of the deadline, project manager László Takács told MTI at the site of the bridge in Nitra on Tuesday.

A-Híd built the HUF 9bn bridge in a public-private partnership (PPP), Takács said.

A-Híd expects to close 2011 with revenue of HUF 32bn, up from HUF 15bn in 2010. In addition to the bridge in Slovakia, a HUF 13.7bn reservoir and a bridge on the M0 motorway around Budapest will generate a big part of the revenue.
