Awards

Hungarian distiller Zwack Unicum said it took three gold medals from this year's World Spirits Award. Zwack Unicum's flagship “Unicum” won a gold in the bitter category as did a spin-off called “Unicum Plum,” which the jury called “a noble union of herbs and fruit.” A third gold was awarded for Zwack Unicum's Kalinka vodka. The spirits competed among 430 from 30 countries at the contest in Klagenfurt.
