Vodafone Hungary launches Budapest travel guide app

Vodafone Hungary announced Guide@Hand Budapest Vodafone Edition, a new location-based smartphone app that has been developed by the Computer and Automation Research Institute (SZTAKI) of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, reports Telecompaper.
As part of a promotional campaign, Formula One Vodafone McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton visited Budapest's most important places days before the Hungarian F-1 Grand Prix with the help of this travel guide app.
The application is available in Hungarian, English or German and can be downloaded from Apple's App Store. A version for Android users will also be made available in a few days. Vodafone is title sponsor and 'official mobile partner' of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team.
