Orco fortifies asset management teams across Central Europe

Orco announced the appointment of a French citizen, Cédric Gabilla as Deputy Head of Asset Management. She offers over twelve years of experience in the real estate industry in the acquisition, asset management and portfolio management fields within large international investment companies, among them Archon Group (Goldman Sachs), GE Real Estate and Merrill Lynch. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Cédric Gabilla was responsible for € 400 million equity under asset management across all real estate product types totaling more than 850,000 square meter.

 

Orco  Property  Group  is  proud to welcome new leasing managers Jan Kovarik, Jakub Miroslawski and Erika Loska in the Czech Republic, Poland  and Hungary, respectively. The whole team has been fully dedicated to both Orco and Endurance Fund’s portfolios.
