Népliget Center welcomes new tenant

Népliget Center office building is expanding its tenant portfolio this fall with the successful closing of a deal between Eston International and design firm Stúdió In-Ex, which will take over an office with 1,200 sqm area in September, according to a press release issued yesterday.

“The strengthening of the office market further continues this year, and our experiences show that the dynamics of the growth has become more intense,” Adorján Salamon, Eston International CEO, said. The CEO added that the commercial real estate sector is expected to see a significant uplift this year.
Népliget Center, part of the GLL Real Estate Partners portfolio, is an “A” categorly building on Könyves Kálmán út near the start of M5 highway. The occupancy rate of the 6,770 sqm office building has reportedly exceeded 70%.
