MOM Park Offices currently has a 96% occupancy rate and could be let 100% if current negotiations end with closure of the deals concerned, according to a press release issued today.

The office complex, which was acquired by Wing, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and CC Real half a year ago, saw rent deals signed for 2,000 square meters in the past six months, Wing said in the press statement.

Wing said the market in Budapest is gaining momentum, and while rental fees are on the rise, the occupancy rate of offices also keeps growing.

“Our tenants include prominent firms such as Nespresso, Ayudate Holding and Dimoco Hungary,” noted Emília Tarró, Senior Portfolio Manager of Wing. “We are conducting advanced negotiations for our remaining units, and active tenant interest has been seen lately,” she added.
