Lazard Asset Management stake in OTP passes disclosure threshold
OTP Bank on Monday said it was informed that voting rights attached to Lazard Asset Management's stake in the bank's shares rose over the disclosure threshold.
Lazard Asset Management had 5.04% of voting rights as of September 15.
