IMF in Hungary for regular consultations, monitoring on Nov 9-21
An IMF delegation will be in Hungary on November 9-21 for Article IV consultations and post-program monitoring, the National Economy Ministry said when asked by MTI on Friday.
A delegation of IMF experts last came to Hungary for Article IV consultations and post-program monitoring a year earlier.
IMF experts assess member states' economic policy at least once a year.
The IMF led a €20bn financial support package for Hungary in the autumn of 2008, at the height of the financial crisis.
