Hungarian Economic Development Center to purchase cars worth HUF 300m

The Hungarian Economic Development Center (MAG) has called an accelerated public procurement tender to purchase 29 automobiles and optionally another 13, to a value of HUF 300m; the announcement was published in the latest issue of the Public Procurement Gazette.

MAG, as one of the organisations responsible for the use European Union, must frequently make onsite reviews, MAG said explaining its selection of an accelerated process.

The request for offers is for lower-middle category and upper-middle category new cars or cars not older than 12 months. The option for a further 13 vehicles would be exercised within 15 months from the signing of the contract.

The winning applicant must offer warranty and general maintenance services for the cars.

Applications must be submitted by October 10. Applicants selected for the second round will be notified by October 14.
