CBRE Hungary wins ‘Best Research’ Award, once again

CBRE Hungary’s team received the “Best Research Award”, while parent CBRE Group was named top global real estate advisory firm at the 2015 Euromoney Real Estate Awards, an announcement published today reveals.

CBRE has received the top award for four consecutive years and eight times since the real estate awards program was launched 11 years ago, while globally, CBRE was also ranked highest overall in the Sales/Leasing and Valuation categories, the announcement said.

In addition to the global awards, CBRE was named leading real estate advisory firm in Western Europe, North America, Latin America and Africa and in 20 countries, it added.

For the fourth consecutive year in a row Euromoney has recognized the work of our Research & Consultancy Department and thus the knowledge and market expertise we serve for the benefit of our clients every day", Lóránt Kibédi Varga, Managing Director of CBRE Hungary said.

Euromoney, a leading international finance publication, annually surveys the opinions of real estate advisors, developers, investment managers, corporate end-users and banks worldwide to determine the best providers of real estate services. Industry professionals from more than 160 countries participated in this year’s survey.
