BSE board appoints CEO of Vienna Bourse chairman

The board of the Budapest Stock Exchange on Thursday appointed Michael Buhl, CEO of the Vienna Bourse, chairman.
The board appointed Buhl after an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday.
Shareholders at the meeting elected Petr Koblic, Chairman-CEO of the Prague Stock Exchange; Bálint Szécsényi, CEO of Equilor Investment; and Hannes Takács, managing director of CAPMEX Unternehmensberatung GmbH, to the board of directors. They elected Attila Dezső, managing partner at CHSH Dezső and Partners Law Firm, to the supervisory board.
