Balatonfenyves to get port, yacht club

Zalaegerszeg-based Előny Kft plans to build a new sailing port, yacht club, hotel, conference and wellness center in Balatonfenyves at lake Balaton for Ft 10 billion, business daily Napi Gazdaság reported.

The investment will be completed by 2008. The port will host 350 sailboats and the three-star hotel will offer 50 beds. The complex will have a swimming pool and a conference center seating 200 people, as well as tennis and squash courts.
Előny has already signed an agreement with the local municipality and prepared visual designs of the complex.
