Austrian company considering major Hungarian investment

Greiner Bio-One, an Austrian manufacturer of disposable health care products is considering the expansion of its facilities in Hungary, managing director of Greiner Bio-One Hungary László Balogh told Hungarian news agency MTI, today.

The negotiations about the HUF 1 bln-1.5 bln investment will start soon and the final decision would be made in a month. The company would establish expansion either in its Hungarian unit located in Mosonmagyaróvár or overseas.

Greiner Bio-One Hungary had a revenue of HUF 3.6 bln in 2013 and projects to have a revenue of HUF 3.9 bln in 2014.
