Ablon appoints rental agents on four Budapest office buildings
Developer Ablon Group yesterday announced the appointment of Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle as co-exclusive rental agents for space in four buildings in Budapest: Arena Corner, Business Center 99 (a.k.a. BC99), Gateway Office Park and M3 Business Center.
In addition, the Budaörs Office Park contract was awarded to Jones Lang LaSalle. BC99 is touted as ideal for a would-be occupant who is “looking for an HQ styled building in an accessible Váci út location.” Either the M3 Business Center or Arena Corner meanwhile “could be a good choice for companies who are likely to locate headquarters close to the M3/M5 highways and the airport.”
Cushman & Wakefield Budapest associate David M. Johnston exuded confidence in his new rental properties: “Given the lack of new developments being delivered in Budapest, these four prime office buildings are perfectly placed to offer tenants good quality office space in extremely accessible and established locations. We have already entered into discussions with several parties and are confident of increasing the occupancy rate in the short-term.”
