Terms and Conditions

Making purchases at the BBJ Store webshop can be done online at www.bbj.hu. We are not able to accept orders made over telephone, email or mail. All prices in the webshop are up-to-date, but do not include shipping the cost of shipping. The actual current prices are always the prices given at the time of placing the order. Should an incorrect price appear in the webshop due to technical difficulties, we will contact you via telephone or email prior to dispatching the product for you. These orders will be voided. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products.

Registration

You do not need to register if you are only browsing the web shop of BBJ Store, and viewing its contents, or products. However, prior to ordering, you will be required to register. Upon registration, you will be asked to provide a billing address, telephone number, and other necessary personal information. The data you provide will be used while processing the orders. These data are essential for fulfilling the orders. You willfully and knowingly guarantee that the data you have given is accurate. You may check to verify they are correct at any time, or modify them. The data of an order already placed cannot be modified after submission. However, prior to each new order you may modify your data. After giving your personal data the system will automatically send you an email of your account details to the address you specified. These details may be modified later at “Account details”. Should you forget your password you may retrieve it using “Forgot your password?”.

All personal data that you give us will only be used for processing your orders, or to contact you in case of any problems.

Placing an order

The products purchased at BBJ Store webshop may not be resold; we only sell them to end-users! The amount of VAT may vary depending on the product. The prices of the products accurately reflect the volume given in the specification, or refer to single items if not stated otherwise. The system will send you an automatic confirmation by email. We shall contact you either by phone or email if any problems occur.

Payment options

The mode of payment can be chosen while placing an order. You may pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. The purchased products will be delivered only after payment is received.

Paying with bank card

By using bankcard for payment you can do your shopping comfortably and safely. After ordering you only have to enter your data needed for purchasing on the homepage of the K & H bank, therefore they cannot be accessed by the salesperson in any case. The data are delivered to the bank through encryption, HTTPS protocol. Our customers only have to click on "payment with a credit card" when selecting a payment method and then the card number, expiration date and three-digit security code on K & H Bank's payment server will be provided. K & H Bank accepts VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards. You need to provide the following data:

Bankcard number: the sequence of 10, 15 or 16 numbers on the face side of the card.CVC2 (CVV2) code: found on the flipside of the card, on the signature panel. It is a sequence of 3 numbers which can only be used for electronic shopping. MasterCard, VISA, and VISA Electron cards have this CVC2 code.The expiration date of the bankcard: date which appears on the face of the bankcard in the format of month/year. So if it says 05/07, it means that the card is valid until the last day of May 2007.

What type of cards do we accept?

You may only use a card for online shopping which has a CVC2 code on it. These are MasterCard, VISA, or VISA Electron. With MasterCard Electronic and Maestro card you cannot execute online transactions.

Complaints, claims

The user/owner of the bankcard should primarily turn to the bank which issued the card, or to K & H Bank in case of any complaints concerning the transaction, data handling, encryption, or the card itself.

In case of bank transfer please use the following bank account number: Absolut Media Kft. HU79 –1410-0244-6896-6248-0100-0002 Volksbank Zrt. In case the purchase price of the product is not transferred within one week, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. Should we fail to contact you we will immediately cancel the order, and send an email to confirm the cancellation.

The payment process upon receiving deliveries in person is laid out in the conditions defined in delivery conditions.

Delivery conditions

You may place your order any day and any time, our system automatically processes it and acknowledges it. We deliver the ordered products in five working days the latest (in case of ordering books, longer delivery times are possible). Should a different delivery time be given in the specification of the product, that is the shipping time that applies.

We do not take any responsibility for packages delivered by post (in unregistered mail). The Customer bears all damages attributable to postal delivery.

Complaints

In case of any complaints about the quantity and/or quality of the purchased products our courier will return it to us, under the condition that the complaint has been made at the time of delivery. In case of a justified claim – you did not get what you ordered, it is not the right amount, the parcel is damaged – we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. The shipping fee in this case is covered by our company. Should you have any questions, comments, or remarks in connection with our company or the products, please contact us. Cancellations

You may cancel your order up until 8 days after delivery without any reason, if you can return the goods unpacked to the site of Absolut Media Kft. The operator of BBJ Store web shop is obliged to reimburse the purchase price of the product in 30 days the latest. The shipping fee of the returned product is covered by the customer at all times.

Other provisions

In issues not regulated in the present Terms and Conditions the governing law is the stipulations of the Hungarian Civil Code, and the statutory order 17/1999. (II.5) of contracts between absents.

Marketing

Undersigned Customer agrees to the above Terms and Conditions and thus agrees that the operator and owner of the web shop shall forward his data to a third person for shipping purpose, or shall use them for its own purpose for scientific research, public opinion research, market research, as well as direct solicitation of new business, develop own business plan, and own market research.
