Six percent of the respondents said that they were planning to lay off employees in Q3 as compared to 74% who claimed to make no changes in the numbers of employees in Q3. The rest 20% of companies are planning to hire more people, which figures consitute a slight rise as compared to the beginning of the year.

The gap between those planning hires and those planning layoffs was 10 percentage point, the highest since the company started the surveys in Q3 2009, CEO Judit Kiss said.
