Used car sales climb 3.7% in H1 - Weltauto

Hungarians bought or sold 210,344 used cars in the first half of 2011, up 3.7% from the same period a year earlier, Weltauto, the used car division of Porsche Hungaria said.

Car imports rose 39.7% to 11,588 during the period.

Opel models accounted for the most used car sales, with 30,632 vehicles sold, or 14.6% of the total. Suzuki was runner-up, with 24,530 cars sold, or 11.7% of the total, followed by Volkswagen, with 19,225 cars sold, or 9.1% of the total.
