CPI Hungary welcomes two new tenants
CPI Hungary signed two new leases for its BC 30 Office Building near Westend City Center mall, with Fornax ICT and TriGranit, spanning an area of 1,000 sqm, according to a press release issued by CPI yesterday.
The location of the building and the option of selective waste management were important factors in Fornax ICTʼs decision to become a tenant, CPI said in the press statement.
“We spent almost two decades at our previous office building, but since a completely new era was launched at the beginning of 2016, we thought we should change our location as well,” Árpád Török, CEO of TriGranit, said about the lease.
“We could not look for properties in our own portfolio since we have no vacancies … we were looking for a location where, similar to our approach, the needs of tenants take precedence, and CPI has proved to be an excellent partner in this,” the CEO added.
