K&H Mobile App Introduces Voice-based Digital HUF Transfers

K&H's mobile bank is the first in the Hungarian financial sector to introduce voice-based digital HUF transfers, Andrea Király, head of retail banking, announced at a press conference last week, according to the business daily Világgazdaság.
In November 2022, K&H introduced Kate, its digital financial assistant, which greatly helped bank and insurance customers with convenient and fast administration.
Now, Király said that additional functions will be integrated; for instance, customers can initiate the transfer of a sum of money verbally or in the form of a chat to the accounts of pre-recorded partners.
If the customer tells the mobile bank, "Kate, transfer 10,000 to mom," the digital financial assistant interprets the verbal instruction, if necessary, asks additional clarifying questions, and summarizes the most essential information on the screen: the account number of the sender and recipient, as well as the amount to be transferred.
The client can then check the parameters and confirm everything is in order.
