Hungary, Finland sign space cooperation agreement

Hungary and Finland have signed an agreement on cooperating on space research and the space industry, giving Hungarian companies and universities a chance to forge closer ties with their Finnish partners, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó said in Helsinki yesterday, according to origo.hu.
The agreement will strengthen cooperation in space research, Earth observation, and research and development work on in-vehicle navigation systems, Szijjártó said after his meeting with Ilona Lundström, Director General at the Finnish Ministry of Employment and the Economy.
Szijjártó is on an official visit to Finland and met with Jani Hamalainen, the CEO of Teknikum Group.
