Polish Companies Expect AI, Automation to Lower Employment - Study

According to a study called 'Barometer of the Polish Job Market' by Personnel Service, 56% of entrepreneurs believe that the implementation of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) in their companies will lead to a reduction in employment, reported local portal Forsal.pl.

A similar percentage indicates that their companies are ready to adopt innovative solutions.

However, employees do not share concerns about job loss but still want to acquire new skills and competencies.

The survey also reveals, that 47% of companies plan to provide training in handling new systems and machines, emphasizing the growing awareness among employers of the need to train their workforce and adapt their skills to the changing job market.
