Infogroup Completes 1st Phase of IGPark Kecskemét South

Logistics

Just a few months after completing a 19,000 sqm hall in Miskolc, Infogroup has handed over another development: the first phase of IGPark Kecskemét South, located in the southern industrial zone of Kecskemét, in the immediate vicinity of the Daimler plant, comprises 21,000 sqm of space suitable for industrial-logistics activities.

The new hall is the first phase of the IGPark Kecskemét South project. The second phase is not far off: Infogroup has already started project preparations.

The building has been developed speculatively, while the second phase will be built-to-suit and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

The first tenant has already moved into the first phase.

"We have recently seen an outstanding interest not only in Kecskemét, but in all of our industrial sites. IGPark Kecskemét South’s location is unbeatable, as it is practically adjacent to the Mercedes factory. This is a great advantage, but it is not a guarantee of success on its own, it also requires an efficient real estate solution," said Balázs Czifra, sales and asset management director of Infogroup.
