New leasing manager appointed at CPI Hungary
Gergely Kendelényi joined real estate firm CPI Hungary as a Leasing Manager and will be responsible for acquiring new tenants for the portfolio’s leasable areas – with a special attention to the office buildings of Gateway Office Park, BC30, BC 91 and Budaörs Office Park – according to a press release issued today.
Kendelényi started his career at Eston International Zrt, working as an advisor, representing SMEs and bigger companies. He was involved in tendering, attended financial negotiations and closed deals for Eston, and was an exclusive representative for “A” and “B” category office buildings, the press statement added.
After finishing his operations on the agency side, Kendelényi continued his career at the real estate developer HB Reavis Hungary, where he participated in the leasing activity of the Váci Corner office building as Leasing Manager.
“Kendelényi’s personality fits the CPI team well, both professionally and personally. I am convinced that with the newly formed leasing department serious results will be achieved,” said Balázs Simonyi, Leasing Director of CPI Hungary.
