Iron Mountain Inc names vice president

András Szakonyi has been appointed Senior Vice President responsible Eastern and Northern Europe at Iron Mountain Incorporated, an enterprise information management services company, according to a press statement sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Before joining Iron Mountain Incorporated in 2003, he worked at General Electric in Budapest, Cleveland and San Francisco. He has been the chief executive of Iron Mountain as of 2007, having been responsible for leading of numerous countries, the press statement added.

In his new position, he will be responsible for 20 countries in two regions, a staff of 3,500 and USD 160 million in revenue.
