Orsolya Simon was appointed Marketing & PR Director of DVM group Hungary, taking over the position from Dr. Ildikó Rézműves, according to a press release issued today.

Orsolya Simon will responsible for the overall communication of the integrated building services provider, with a special focus on the design, construction, project management and sustainable consultancy businesses, the press statement said. Before joining DVM group, she worked for global property advisor CBRE for more than a decade, where she built up and ran the marketing and PR division in Hungary.

Dr. Ildikó Rézműves, who held the position since 2014, is now responsible for the strategic communication of the group’s property developer division. She is in charge of the complex market support of Horizon Development’s major projects (Váci 1, Szervita Square Development, Promenade Gardens) as well as the complete, operative marketing and PR management of six premium office buildings of München-based GLL Real Estate Partners’ portfolio in Budapest, the press statement said.

“I am happy to welcome Orsolya to DVM group: I am glad we gained yet another skillful professional with international experience. Our twenty-year-old, dynamic company reached a new milestone”, Attila Kovács, managing partner of DVM group, said in connection with the promotion. “The volume of the projects and the growing number of over 80 employees made it necessary to divide the communication tasks related to different divisions and to put two specialized experts in charge”, the director added.

“Our continuous improvement is well reflected by our office’s recent move to the revitalized Váci 1 Building. Our new HQ provides a more professional work environment that enables us to deliver an even higher standard of service to our clients”, the director noted.
