Real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has promoted Gábor Halász-Csatári, head of its industrial department, to an associate in recognition of his accomplishments as the leader of the Hungarian industrial team for over a year, according to a press release issued today.

Halász-Csatári joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 as a graduate and became head of department in 2015. He manages a team of three professionals successfully and is involved in most transactions both on the tenant and the landlord side, said C&W.

Notable mandates that the professional is currently working on include Logicor’s Hungarian portfolio, CA Immo’s Europolis portfolio, Lone Star’s M7 Distribution Center in Székesfehérvár, Avon, DPD, Media-Saturn and the Valad portfolio, to mention a few.

“I am happy to announce Gábor’s promotion. This is a well-deserved acknowledgement, as Gábor has proven his competence in the past years,” said Gergely Pados, Partner and Head of Hungary at C&W Budapest.

“I am excited and happy about this promotion and am pleased to have gained the support and trust to advance my career at Cushman & Wakefield," said Halász-Csatári. "As the industrial market is significantly picking up in Hungary, I am looking forward to managing my team well and to keep on providing best-of-class services to our clients,” the new associate added.
