Waberer’s signs leasing contract with Prologis

The transactions with Waberer’s, which is a new customer for Prologis, include a 13,800-sqm space at DC7A – a 21,500-sqm speculative facility that is now fully let two months after completion˜ – and a 21,000-sqm space at DC7B and DC8, to be developed to the customer’s specifications and scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2017, according to the press statement.

At the moment, the speculative DC7 Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget is fully let, while two new facilities are being constructed. With a total 34,800 sqm of leased area, the park now has an occupancy rate of 99%.

Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget currently comprises seven buildings totaling 150,000 sqm. The park is south of Budapest in the industrial zone of Szigetszentmiklós, providing direct access to the national and international road network via the M0 ring motorway around Budapest.

Prologis is one of the leading providers of distribution facilities in Hungary, with more than 640,000 sqm of logistics space in eight industrial parks, as of September 30, 2016.
