Indian multinational IT solutions provider Tech Mahindra has rented 1,558 square meters of office space in the CityZen office building, a newly renovated facility with a total floor space of 12,500 sqm at Váci út 37, according to a press statement sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

“We chose the CityZen office building for our new location in Budapest due to its excellent location, ample parking and high standard of finishing,” said a Tech Mahindra representative in Hungary.

“We are delighted to welcome Tech Mahindra as an industry leader in its field to CityZen, which takes the occupancy of the building to close to 50%,” said Csaba Zeley, Director of Asset Management at ConvergenCE, the real estate strategic investor and asset manager representing the buildingʼs owners.

Tech Mahindra is a leading provider of information technology, networking technology solutions and business process outsourcing (BPO) to the telecommunications industry.
