In terms of lease extensions, the two flagship buildings Globe 13 and Haller Gardens have been particularly successful, because of the new leases and extensions the latter now being almost fully leased.

“40,000 sqm of new leases and extensions in the last six months is an exceptionally high number for the Budapest office market”, said Viktor Nagy, Country Manager Operations Hungary, Immofinanz.

“With most of our buildings in excellent locations – both in the city centre and other areas demanded by customers – our success pattern continues,” he added.
