HB Reavis sells Váci Corner to Zeus Capital Management

An investor group represented by Zeus Capital Management purchased the Váci Corner Offices, a premium category office building, from HB Reavis, marking the first larger acquisition on the market this year, according to a press release issued today.

The purchase is the first acquisition by Zeus Capital Management in Hungary and is an important milestone for HB Reavis, the company said. 

The office building, which opened in 2014, has a total of 21,150 sqm of office area. The building has been awarded with an “Excellent” BREEAM certificate, as well as receiving the “Tenant Award of the Office Building of the Year” from iroda.hu, a Hungarian news portal specializing in real estate.

Tenants of the building include MVM Group, CRH Hungary, Sony Europe, Mylan, Intrum Justitia, GlobeNet and Statlogics. The developer of the building, HB Reavis, also has its Hungarian headquarters in the building.

CBRE Hungary was involved in the transaction as an advisor and Unicredit Hungary as financier.
