GTC International Group purchases Duna Tower
Budapest’s Duna Tower office building has been purchased by the Hungarian unit of GTC International Group, and the buildingʼs specification and amenities will be upgraded in the following months, the company said today in an announcement, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
The price of the acquisition and the identity of the previous owner were not disclosed in the announcement.
The office building has 16 floors, 31,500 sqm of gross leasable area and an occupancy rate of 80%, MTI reported.
The purchase takes GTC Hungaryʼs total office portfolio up to 118,000 sqm of gross leasable area. GTCʼs portfolio in Budapest includes major "A" category office buildings like Center Point, GTC Metro and Spiral, MTI added.
