Goodman launches expansion near Budapest

Global real estate developer Goodman is expanding its Logistics Center in Gyál, in the agglomeration of Budapest, with an additional 22,000 sqm, raising leasable space in the center to 44,500 sqm, according to a press release issued today.
The firm is planning to further expand its presence in the Hungarian market through the expansion, Błażej Ciesielczak, Goodman’s regional director responsible for CEE, said, according to the statement. “Due to the good location of the center, we will be able to react faster to the demands of our clients,” the regional director added.
The developer stressed that the center is just 22 km away from Budapest, 15 km from the Liszt Ferenc International Airport, and can be accessed via the M5 highway and the M0 ringroad, the press release said.
The statement noted that Goodman is not only the owner but also the manager of the real estate properties it develops, with a focus on continuously reinvesting in its portfolio.
The company is present in 16 countries across 32 offices and employs more than 1,100 staff globally.
