Real estate firm Eston has taken over leasing and operating tasks of the V188 office building, which was recently sold to a new owner that plans to support the value growth of the facility, according to a press statement sent to the Budapest Business Journal. The new owner has not yet been announced.
“I am happy that our portfolio has been expanded with a property in such a good location, and we believe that the dynamism of Eston’s team and its professionalism will contribute to the growth of the building’s occupancy,” said Adorján Salamon, owner-CEO of Eston.
Salamon said he expects the area of Váci út, which is currently favored by office building developments, will become the main artery of the market, alone offering more than 100,000 square meters in the future in a market of currently around 695,000 sqm.
V188 offers almost 15,000 sqm on six stories, including two stories of underground parking space.
