Cushman & Wakefield Budapest welcomes partner promotion
On the invitation of the EMEA Board, David M. Johnston MRICS, head of Office Agency in Budapest has been promoted to partner effective January 1, Cushman & Wakefield reported today.
Before Johnson joined C&W’s Budapest Office Agency team in 2008 as a negotiator, he spent three years with Cushman & Wakefield’s Edinburgh Office Agency team. David was promoted to head of the department in 2013, which now consists of seven full-time members, the report said.
According to the company, Johnson has contributed significantly to the department’s success and its market leading position, since his arrival, being involved in the largest and most significant transactions in the office market.
“Taking on a Partnership role is a fantastic achievement, as well as a big responsibility. I am confident that knowing David’s expertise, as well as his in-depth knowledge of the Hungarian property market, he will continue to help drive the Firm’s business growth further in the forthcoming years”, Gergely Pados, Managing Partner at Cushman & Wakefield in Budapest, said.
