Awards

Cushman & Wakefield Hungary received numerous accolades from Construction and Investment Journal (CIJ) at the CIJ Awards Gala Dinner on November 29, according to a press statement sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

C&W Hungary won awards for “Best Office Leasing Team,” “Best Retail Leasing Team” and “Best Property Management Team” in Hungary. The awards were decided by property professionals active in the Hungarian market, followed by a public vote.

“It’s a great privilege that Cushman & Wakefield has been selected in a public vote for these three awards. We continually work to provide the highest level of service and we are honored that this has been recognized by both our clients and the real estate industry,” said Gergely Pados, managing director of C&W in Hungary.

C&W employs over 90 people in its Hungarian office. It has leased 59,000 sqm of office and 27,000 sqm of retail space so far in 2016, while the property management team currently manages 820,739 sqm of retail, office and industrial space all across Hungary.

The CIJ Awards were launched in 2000 in order to recognize excellence across the real estate sector and covers all disciplines to include advisers, developers, architects, investors, agents and financial service providers. It is widely regarded as the most respected accolade in the Central European property industry.
