GLL Real Estate Partners launched an outdoor office - named Roosevelt Sun Deck - in cooperation with Pontoon bar, on the upper floor of the bar and event venue of the Roosevelt and Bank Center office buildings, according to a press release issued today.

The Roosevelt Sun Deck, protected by a sunshade and furnished with Italian design furniture, can accommodate up to 11 people with its eight-person conference table and three individual workstations, the press release says. Electricity, wireless internet, notepads and pencils are provided for those who choose to work in the open office.

Members of the CBD Loyalty Club can use the elegantly furnished workspace free of charge during working hours from 22 July to 16 of September 2016. The Roosevelt Sun Deck is also open to external requests. Food and soft drinks are provided by Pontoon.

“While planning the Roosevelt Sun Deck it was essential for us to find a space that is both unique and close to both office buildings. Seeing the final result, I can confirm that these criteria have been fully met at Pontoon. It is proven that working in the open air makes people happier and well-balanced, and it also induces new, creative ideas,” said Zsuzsa Vajnai, Asset Manager of GLL Real Estate Partners.
