Report: Restaurants see 20-30% rise in sales in Budapest
The volume of sales at restaurants in Budapest has increased by 20-30% this year so far, Hungarian economic daily Napi Gazdaság reported on Saturday, quoting industry professionals.
The rise in sales was the highest in the capital, while across the country, turnover at restaurants was up by only 10-15%, the paper said. Napi Gazdaság noted that spending by both Hungarian guests and foreigners was up.
