Nestlé bought 109 tons of ground pepper in Hungary in 2015

Nestlé’s Hungary used 109 tons of ground pepper purchased from Hungarian producers in 2015, and used it in making products for markets world-wide, according to a press release issued today.

In 2015, more than 660 tons of products containing Hungarian ground pepper were produced by Nestlé Hungary, the press release said. These products were exported to 22 countries worldwide

Nestlé Hungary employs more than 1,700 Hungarian suppliers on a yearly basis and expects to further expand its supplier network, the company said.
