Deals

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL yesterday said it completed the acquisition of Italian peer ENIʼs downstream business in Slovenia, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.

MOL agreed to acquire ENIʼs retail network and wholesale business in Slovenia last November, MTI said.

The deal reportedly gives MOL another 17 petrol stations in Slovenia, raising the total to 57 and strengthening its position among the top three market players.

MOL said it expects to consolidate all of its petrol stations under the MOL brand.
