Bidders received a spreadsheet with two columns and were to fill in the first one, while the second was filled in automatically. However, 25 of the 28 bidders misunderstood the spreadsheet and manually filled in the second column. The directorate must evaluate the bids again. (MTI-Econews)

KDB fines Central Services Directorate for misleading spreadsheet

Hungary's Public Procurement Arbitration Board (KDB) has invalidated the results of a tender called by the Central Services Directorate and ordered it to pay HUF 2 million because of a misleading spreadsheet provided to bidders.
