Hungary, Pakistan discuss possible partnership areas

Hungarian and Pakistani officials met today to discuss opportunities for partnership in the energy, water management and farming sectors, Hungarian state secretary for economic diplomacy Levente Magyar said following negotiations in Islamabad, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

Magyar and his delegation met Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Syed Tariq Fatemi and Commerce Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan to discuss fostering business ties between Hungarian and Pakistani companies, MTI said.
Tomorrow the delegation is scheduled to inaugurate a bridge over the Indus River at Khushal Garh funded in part by the local unit of Hungarian oil and gas company MOL.
