OTP Bank Opens New Branch in Fót

Banking

The branch network of OTP Bank has been expanded with a consultancy-oriented, accessible, and full-service branch in the town of Fót, on the outskirts of the capital, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

On October 24, OTP Bank inaugurated its newest branch at Móricz Zsigmond utca 23/A, Fót, with a grand opening ceremony. With the opening of the only OTP branch in Fót and the surrounding area, customers living in the area will be able to manage their finances in person.

The advisory-oriented branch offers both retail and business services, including HUF accounts, foreign currency accounts, savings, investments, home loans, and business activities.

The 120 sqm branch, which reflects the bank's new image, features modern digital tools that enhance the customer experience, such as a digital customer call system, browsing tablets that allow customers to explore the bank's digital interfaces, content, and channels, and a 24-hour zone with smart ATMs for both withdrawals and deposits. For more complex and serious financial decisions, the bank has created separate spaces within the branch for advice and assistance. The branch is also accessible to people with reduced mobility and visual impairment.

"OTP Bank is characterized by continuous innovation and development. This also applies to our branches. We are constantly reviewing customer needs and strive to provide the highest quality service that increases customer satisfaction. This has resulted in the opening of a new branch in Fót, the fourth new branch to open in the last year, after Nagykanizsa, Etele Plaza, and the Auchan in Debrecen," said András Becsei, deputy CEO of OTP Bank.

"In addition, nearly 30 branches are renovated every year. A strong branch network is of strategic importance in the life of OTP Bank, where personal service and digitalization go hand in hand. We strive to support our customers in achieving their goals with customer-friendly branches equipped with modern tools, trained and expert staff, state-of-the-art IT developments, and customizable banking solutions and advice," he added.
