T-Systems Hungary To Continue Operations Under New Name

Telco

T-Systems Hungary Zrt. will continue to operate as Telekom Rendszerintegrációs Zrt., news site HVG reports.

The firm will not be merged into the parent company, but it will continue under a different name, and its structure will be radically changed in the coming months.

According to CEO Gábor Gonda, the company's focus and some internal structural features will also be changed at the same time. In partnership with Magyar Telekom, the company plans to cover three distinct segments simultaneously (standard IT, standard telecommunications, and system integration), with the products that form part of the company's offering being marketed under the Telekom Business banner.

The report notes that besides Telekom Rendszerintegrációs Zrt., only one other Hungarian company, 4iG, will be able to offer a similar range of services in the medium term.
