SwissCham Hungary launches online forum

Conferences

SwissCham Hungary has launched a new communication channel, an online forum, exclusively for its members. The chamber says it believes the platform, launched on December 12, will provide an opportunity for interactive participation by members, allowing them to submit proposals for discussion.

“We want to support a stronger interaction of members with each other in order to make full use of business opportunities,” the chamber said in a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal. “We regularly consult with our members about the opportunities inherent in membership, looking to discover business relationships. We constantly provide an opportunity for members to communicate the goals of their business with other chamber member companies and individuals associated with them.”

At least initially, the forum will focus on proposals for events, with special attention on the needs of SMEs, but the chamber says the scope may well be expanded in the future.

“Please help us by sharing with us in a few lines your suggestions and thoughts as to how the chamber can engage in more effective activities according to your requirements. All registered members will see your comment, and online chat is possible between the members of the chamber,” the chamber said.

The forum requires a brief registration process, and is available at swisscham.hu/forum.

SUPPORT THE BUDAPEST BUSINESS JOURNAL

Producing journalism that is worthy of the name is a costly business. For 27 years, the publishers, editors and reporters of the Budapest Business Journal have striven to bring you business news that works, information that you can trust, that is factual, accurate and presented without fear or favor.
Newspaper organizations across the globe have struggled to find a business model that allows them to continue to excel, without compromising their ability to perform. Most recently, some have experimented with the idea of involving their most important stakeholders, their readers.
We would like to offer that same opportunity to our readers. We would like to invite you to help us deliver the quality business journalism you require. Hit our Support the BBJ button and you can choose the how much and how often you send us your contributions.
