The Hungarian online mobile shopping application known as Simple, launched its Windows Phone application customized for Windows operating systems and developed by OTP’s mobile developer team, a press release revealed today.

Simple was launched last year, with Android and iOS versions offering four services the release said. With the addition of the Windows Phone version, the application now has three versions offering ten services including: paying for parking, buying highway passes, ordering food and buying festival tickets.

Some 72% of smartphone users have phones running on Android, 11% use Windows Phones while 9% use iOS, the press release noted.

“As more and more services are being included, we find it important to make the application accessible to Windows Phone users as well,” OTP Mobile CEO Péter Benyó said. Work on the application involved ten developers and four support colleagues cooperating for five months, the press release said.
